Encompass Community Supports Welcomes Volunteers!
We appreciate your interest and willingness to support our mission and recognize that volunteers bring a diversity of talents, skills, and experiences that enhance the lives of individuals in our region. We encourage the values of teamwork, quality in the performance of duties, innovation, and integrity.
The information below will assist in ensuring that all required documentation is completed for you to become a volunteer at ECS. It may seem like a lengthy process to become a volunteer, but all volunteer candidates must be screened thoroughly to ensure that volunteers are qualified and committed to their roles before they are appointed as volunteers.
“Everybody can be great. Because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve . . . you don’t have to know the second theory of thermodynamics in physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”
– Martin Luther King, Jr.
